On tonight's 3 hour "Celebrity Apprentice" season finale, comedian Joan Rivers beat poker player Annie Duke and won $250,000 for her charity. The episode began with the final two picking their teams for the last task. Annie chose Brande Roderick, Dennis Rodman & Tom Green, while Joan picked Herschel Walker, Clint Black & Melissa Rivers. Trump then explained that the final task was to create a pre-theater party and silent auction promoting Kodak and the Cirque du Soleil show "Wintuk". On Joan's team, everything was running smoothly until Joan got into an argument with her event planner, causing the design firm to quit on both Joan and Annie. That left the two teams scrambling to find replacements to design the party. Annie ended up calling some designer friends, while Joan's charity came to her rescue. Annie also got lots of people to donate and bid on her items, while celebrities like Kathy Griffin showed up to support Joan. When the party was over the two teams met Donald one last time in the boardroom. He revealed that, unsurprisingly, Annie won in fund raising: $465,725 to Joan's $150,830. She also won in charity integration, but Joan outperformed in the other three criteria: product placement, guest experience & celebrity attendance. We then joined Trump live in New York where he was joined by last season's final two: Piers Morgan and Trace Atkins, who both felt Joan should win. In the end, Trump agreed and crowned Joan the new "Celebrity Apprentice".
