Rachel Crow Voted Off "The X Factor USA"

On tonight's "X Factor USA" results show, Rachel Crow became the eighth act voted off the show. Yesterday, the Top 5 acts performed two songs each - a dance hit and a song of their choosing. The second song was originally going to be the one America voted for, but because of a technical glitch those songs were pushed to next week. That meant the contestants only had 24 hours to rehearse a brand new song. The judges agreed that Chris Rene was the standout of the night, thanks in part to his decision to perform an original song he had written. Tonight, Steve revealed that the two acts with the least amount of viewer votes were Marcus Canty & Rachel Crow. Those two contestants then sang one more time before the judges voted on who should go home. L.A. and Nicole voted to send home Rachel, while Simon and Paula voted to send home Marcus, creating another Deadlock. Since the judges were split on who to eliminate, the decision shifted back to America. Steve revealed that the person with the least amount of votes was Rachel & she was eliminated from the competition. Did Rachel deserve to go? Or should Marcus have gone instead?
