Reid would have told her he loves her the following week if she gave trusted him to come through. He just doesn&#39;t want to be dumped, as she&#39;s sleeping around with the other two guys in the meantime. He&#39;s right to be defensive, but you can tell he&#39;s dying to tell her he loves her. He just wants to see that she chooses him too. He doesn&#39;t want to be left hanging dry, confess his love, and then he gets sent home with a broken heart and broken ego. I wonder if she sent him home to light a fire under him so that he feels the need to come back and state his love. Maybe she thinks that&#39;s the only way he will come around. I know, I used to like Ed too, but the more you watch him, the more he seems like he is so into himself, he loves his own self, he will not make her happy, and I hope she can see that and not choose him.
